Aged for a minimum of one year to classify. Distilled in barrels less than six hundred liters. This darkens the Tequila to an amber color achieving a smother, richer and more complex flavor.
Rested and aged Tequila. Aged in wooden barrels between two and Eleven months. It Takes on a golden hue and the taste becomes a good balance between the Agave and wood flavors.
White Spirit, unaged and bottled or stored after distillation or aged less than two months in stainless steel or neutral oak barrels.
